FableHue ships personalized gifts to the United States using our standard USPS shipping service. All prices below are in US dollars.

Processing and delivery time
- Order cutoff: 4:00 p.m. New York time, Monday through Friday.
- Production and handling: 2–3 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 3–7 business days.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days.
Handling and transit days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff begin the next business day's processing schedule. Weekends and public holidays can extend the calendar delivery date. Delivery times are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking your shipment
When your order ships, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email or open the secure order-status link in your order confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes, delays and delivery issues
Check your delivery address before ordering. If it needs to be changed, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact Customer Support with your order number and the relevant tracking details so we can help.
Returns and exchanges
For damaged items, incorrect items or printing errors caused by us, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy for eligibility, return instructions and refund processing times.
